Caring for New Moms

Maternity Homecare

The growth of a family is precious, but that doesn’t mean that pregnancy is easy or straightforward. All the physical, hormonal, and emotional changes can be intense… not to mention that sleep deprivation starts in pregnancy itself. The same may hold true, if not more, with a post-delivery recovering mom and a newborn baby. This is an amazing time, and you could use some amazing support.

Why Better Days Living?

For those who find themselves needing extra care or even bed rest, this can feel overwhelming for you and your whole family. Let our caregivers better Days Living Home Care make you the focus. By helping you, we get you strong enough to help yourself and your cherished loved ones.

Help Throughout Your Pregnancy

Whether you are expecting your first baby or your fifth, this addition to your family requires an adjustment period. We can help with laundry, light housekeeping, errand running (to help when rest is key) & meal preparation (keeping in mind issues of ongoing morning sickness or all-day nausea, gestational diabetes, or high blood pressure). If you are on strict bedrest, our certified home aides can help with bathing and personal care, so you don’t have to strain at all. We can help you follow your obstetrician or nurse midwife’s orders.

New Mom Home Care

Welcome Home, Baby

When home with your baby, we can help the two (or more!) of you. We can offer childcare relief with our caregivers who have passed strict national and state background checks. Our caregivers are available 24/7. This may just be the relief you need to get a few hours of much-needed rest or even a full night’s sleep.

We at Better Days Home Care understand that sometimes the biggest feat of the day could be just getting a shower in for you! But that often isn’t the only thing that needs to get done. From helping other families, our staff and caregivers know that a stressed parent is not parenting at her/his best. We can help get the errands done, in and around the house, so that you can focus on creating a lasting bond with your child.
